Dr. Radu is an absolute gem! I had an incredible experience as a patient with braces for about 18 months. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and straightforward. If you follow her instructions, like avoiding foods that can break brackets and wearing rubber bands and retainers as prescribed, the whole process will be a breeze. Her entire staff is super friendly and easy to work with, and I never had a hassle scheduling follow-up appointments, even when my retainer broke two days before I left for school. I can’t recommend her enough!

I went to see Dr. Radu after losing my bottom retainer (from 1991) had come loose after being reinstalled by my general dentist 4 months prior. I thought I was going in to see if I can have it put back in and left that day with a plan for alignment trays.

Pros: Dr. Radu is very direct and honest which I appreciate. She is very thorough in making sure she is doing the best job while ensuring you know what she is doing and why. The Elmhurst location is convenient and close to home. Premier Orthodontics also offered a payment plan which was very helpful.

The only Con for me really was the hours but I made it work because I liked Dr. Radu and her staff so much.

Dr Radu is very professional and honest, she gave a through consultation and even contacted my periodontist and general dentist before giving her opinion on what could be done with my poor teeth after a general dentist messed them up.
